Attorney, Constitutional Litigation Partnership:

This candidate will report to CLP’s Executive Director and be called upon to execute AFPI’s legal work plan., which includes building a robust docket and advancing AFPI’s strategic priorities. The attorney will be an active participant in complex litigation, including the discovery process, briefs, trials, appellate work, and amicus briefing. Further, the position will entail working in partnership with the Center for Election Integrity to assist in advancing their missions and goals through litigation and legislative analysis.


Regional Policy Director, Northeast:

This team member will help advance the Center for Election Integrity mission by conducting research within their respective assigned regions – taking inventory of what election integrity measures are currently state law, identifying which bills (if any) have been proposed, where those bills are in the process, and tracking their movement. In addition, this member will be responsible for coordinating with state legislators, the business community, grassroots organizations, and other relevant stakeholders to provide election integrity education via presentations, op-eds, social media posts, and other media engagements.

This team member will help advance AFPI’s mission by leading all aspects of AFPI’s digital work including, driving vision alignment, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, strategic planning, establishing performance metrics, ensuring innovative content creation, managing digital team members and contracts, leading website management, advancing digital marketing, and ensuring effective use of resources.


Director, Center for the American Worker:

This team member will lead all aspects of the Center’s work including, strategic planning and execution, research and content development, management of staff and center-related contracts, collaborating with policymakers, building policy coalitions and effective marketing efforts, and representing the Center’s work at policy forums and in the media. The individual will proactively collaborate with the entire AFPI team, including coordination with other centers, communications, engagement, digital, and development.


Director, Center for Education Opportunity:

This team member will lead all aspects of the Center’s work, including strategic planning and execution, research and content development, management of staff and center-related contracts, collaborating with policymakers, building policy coalitions and effective marketing efforts, and representing the Center’s work at policy forums and in the media. The individual will proactively collaborate with the entire AFPI team, including coordination with other centers, communications, engagement, digital, and development.


Director, Center for 1776:

This team member will lead all aspects of the Center’s work, including strategic planning and execution, research and content development, management of staff and center-related contracts, collaborating with policymakers, building policy coalitions and effective marketing efforts, and representing the Center’s work at policy forums and in the media. The individual will proactively collaborate with the entire AFPI team, including coordination with other centers, communications, engagement, digital, and development.


Western Regional Development Director:

This team member will direct our major gift program in the western region, managing a caseload of major gift donors and prospects capable of making gifts at the $10,000 level and above. Responsibilities will include at least 125 annual visits and the identification and qualification of hundreds of major gift prospects in a calendar year. The optimal portfolio size will be 125-150 major gift donors and prospects. An individual revenue goal will be established, including goals for new acquisitions and pledges.


Eastern Regional Development Director:

This team member will work with AFPI leadership and policy leaders to develop and execute the Institute’s public affairs and media relations under the direction of the President and CEO and Chief Communications Officer, including identifying earned media opportunities, enhancing brand recognition, and identifying opportunities to advance AFPI’s best interests through all forms of media.


Policy Analyst for Second Chances & Opportunity Now:

This team member will help advance AFPI’s and this center’s mission by conducting research, assisting in content development and review, and coordinating with other AFPI components and external stakeholders in marketing policies.


Policy Analyst for American Security:

This team member will help advance AFPI’s and this center’s mission by conducting research, assisting in content development and review, and coordinating with other AFPI components and external stakeholders in marketing policies.


Washington, DC Internships:
